Years ago, I founded an incredibly special women's strength training program out of a CrossFit gym — the intent was clear from the beginning: empower women through strength training to build confidence in and out of the gym.

The magic that followed — weeks of lifting, learning and laughing together — created something none of us had experienced before in a gym space. Now it's time to help you bring that same energy to your gym and your athletes.

Working together, you will…

  • Learn how to successfully market, program and run a stellar, long-term women’s strength training program.

  • Foster confidence both in and out of the gym for your female athletes while growing your community.

  • Receive a comprehensive women’s strength training program tailored to the needs of your gym — ready for your coaches to deliver.

    This includes: two in-person group class workouts + 1 at-home workout per week for a five week program; each in-person workout will include a class plan + timeline with a warm-up, workout, and cool-down.

  • Participate in 4-6 video calls to ensure your team has the knowledge and skills to effectively set up, market & implement your program with high-quality delivery to your athletes.

    This includes coaches development specific to your unique program.

  • Receive a marketing framework for your program.

    This includes suggested content, a marketing timeline, and strategies to help your team promote your program and provide best recommendations for an athlete’s next steps at the conclusion of the program to keep their momentum building.

  • Receive ongoing email support throughout the process — so you always have somewhere to turn as you develop and refine your program up until launch.
